Comprehensive Training Program

In July, 2010, Continental Home Loans, Inc. (CHL), the largest FHA mortgage banker in New York State, has established Continental University, a learning institution devoted to the education of its real estate partners. Classes are held at Farmingdale University covering topics in which our partners have expressed interest. The goal of the program is to provide real estate agents with the training and tools necessary to achieve success in the real estate industry.

Curriculum for Real Estate Agents

Using our on-site training and university based instructional facilities, Learning on Demand and webinars, CHL University is pleased to announce its Real Estate Agent Training program. Program highlights include:

Who Should Enroll?

Training is available to all real estate agents from partner real estate firms who enroll in the program. "The changes in the housing and lending market over the past two years prove now, more than ever, borrowers want to transact with someone who is experienced, highly knowledgeable and trustworthy," says Mike McHugh, President of CHL. "Providing the information in these training modules in a professional learning environment is another way for us to add value for our partners."

How Do I Register?

To register, send an email to Continental University with your name, contact information and the date you would like to attend.

Graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion suitable for framing and course records will be archived in our CHL University database.
